Kasasa Checking
With Kasasa Cash¹ or Cash Back Checking² you can choose your rewards on a checking account that has no monthly service fee.
You earn either earn a 3.00 % APY* on balances up to $14,999, OR earn cash back on the banking you do everyday. That’s real cash in your account every month — all you have to do is select the option for you. Plus your ATM fees will get refunded, nationwide, and you can access your account online, anytime with Online and Mobile Banking.
To qualify for our highest rate or the maximum cash back, the following transactions and activities must post and settle to your Kasasa Checking account during each Monthly Qualification Cycle†:
- At least 1 direct deposit or ACH payment transaction
- 12 or more debit card transaction
- Enrolled in and receiving eStatements
And if you don’t meet these qualifications, don’t worry — your account is still free and you’ll still earn our base rate. Plus, you can get right back to earning your full rewards the very next cycle that you qualify.

1 Kasasa Cash
Reward Information: When your Kasasa Cash account qualifications are met during a Monthly Qualification Cycle†, (1) You will earn a high tiered rate and (2) you will receive reimbursements for nationwide ATM surcharges imposed by other financial institutions incurred during the Monthly Qualification Cycle in which you qualified. Restrictions apply. When Kasasa Cash qualifications are not met, all balances in the account earn our standard account rate and ATM surcharges are not refunded. Interest and ATM surcharge reimbursements will be credited to your Kasasa Cash account on the last day of the current statement cycle. Rates and rewards are variable and may change after account is opened. Fees may reduce earnings.
2 Kasasa Cash Back
Reward Information: When your Kasasa Cash Back account qualifications are met during a Monthly Qualification Cycle†, you will receive: (1) our current cash back limit on debit card purchases that post and settle to the account during that cycle period. The maximum cash back may be earned per Monthly Qualification Cycle and (2) you will receive reimbursements for nationwide ATM surcharges imposed by other financial institutions incurred during the Monthly Qualification Cycle in which you qualified. When Kasasa Cash Back qualifications are not met, no cash back payments are made, and ATM surcharges are not refunded. Cash back payments and ATM surcharge reimbursements will be credited to your Kasasa Cash Back account on the last day of the current statement cycle. Rates and rewards are variable and may change after account is opened.
Additional Information for Kasasa Cash and Kasasa Cash Back: Account approval, conditions, qualifications, limits, timeframes, enrollments, log-ons and other requirements apply. $50 minimum deposit is required to open the account. Enrollment in electronic services (e.g., online banking, electronic statements) and log-ons are required to meet the account’s qualifications. Customers not meeting account requirements may be moved to another account after twelve (12) qualification cycles. Limit one account per social security number.
