We would like to inform you about a known issue affecting customers who have upgraded their iPads to iOS 18. Some users are experiencing a timeout issue when trying to access the Bill Payment area within the mobile app, resulting in a continuous loading circle.
Our Bill Pay provider has confirmed that this issue is specific to iPads with iOS 18, and a fix is scheduled to be released with the 24.2 update on October 20, 2024.
In the meantime, if you encounter this issue, you can still access Bill Payment through our mobile app on your phone or via our website.
