To enhance the security of your uChoose Rewards account, we’re implementing important updates. Please review the changes below to ensure uninterrupted access to your account.
Password Updates
Starting Thursday, January 16, all passwords must meet the following requirements:
At least 12 characters
One uppercase letter
One lowercase letter
One number
One special character
You must update your password during your first login on or after January 16 to comply with these new standards.
Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
Beginning Tuesday, January 21, MFA will be enabled for all cardholders. You’ll be required to use a one-time passcode (OTP) for sensitive actions such as registration, password resets, and account linking. The OTP will be sent to the email or mobile number on file, based on your preference.
What You Need to Do
Before January 16, please log into your uChoose Rewards account and ensure your email address and phone number are accurate and up to date.
