We have implemented a one-time passcode (OTP) for the enrollment process, large dollar transfers, and profile updates. This will help us to prevent fraudulent enrollments of online banking and fraudulent updates to user information.
The process will require a current, correct email address in our system to receive the email(s).
The OTPs will start on Monday, July 22nd. Please make sure your email address is current and/or correct with The Savings Bank. If you need to change it, please call 800-246-2009 or speak with a representative at any of our branch locations.
